living in a bungalow it is so nice to reduce temp by the remote and in the night it will help to control temp.without having to get out of bed to alter temp.
Quality fan, easy to use, arrived quickly, my other is a dyson, however this 650 was much cheaper, much quieter and has much more setting options. Would buy again.
I ordered a Meaco fan guaranteed for next day delivery, and waited in all day but nothing came. I waited again today but still no sign. No email updates as promised, and the order update via the website indicates it has not even been despatched yet.
I emailed Customer Service yesterday but have not received a reply, and made 5 calls today. I was on hold for an hour the first time, and after persevering eventually got through to someone who said their system indicated it had gone out for delivery the day before but since I was at home and there no sign of a delivery they would contact DPD and call me right back. 3 hours later I tried them again when no call came, and twice more when I couldn’t get through but it just rang out.
I have not received any order updates, the online account still says it hasn’t been despatched -which contradicts what I was told on the phone and no response or follow through from Customer Service. As a first experience with this company, really poor.
*Update-After calling them 8 times I was finally told that DPD had lost my item in transit, and since it was the last one and no more in stock they would process a refund. This went through quickly for which I am grateful. No apology or explanation was offered however for the difficulties contacting them over the prior 4 days- not responding to email or providing an update prior to despatch, or calling back as promised...and their online system still showed my item as waiting to be despatched days after it had already gone out for delivery.
Excellent service from Marco, great machine can notice a difference already
